Fees & Application Process
COURSE FEES
Payment is required to confirm registration on the course, and can be made by credit or debit card. Successful applicants will be provided a payment link once their application has been reviewed.
Fees are subject to 13% Harmonized Sales Tax and may be subject to change.

We are pleased to offer a limited number of qualified applicants partially subsidized fees. Fee support eligibility is determined based on the information provided at application, according to the following groups.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Registered participants who wish to cancel their enrolment must inform the course director by email at [hwe at yorku dot ca] by 22 September 2025 at 5:00 pm EST for a 100% refund. After this date, there will strictly be no refunds. The group PBL work will begin shortly hereafter, for which enrolment must be finalized so we can constitute PBL groups. We thank participants for their understanding.
APPLICATION DATES
Applications are open between June 23 and August 31, 2025 and submitted applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Qualified candidates will be invited to register and complete payment using the Eventbrite payment system by September 2. Total enrolment is limited to 54 participants, so the application system may close before the application deadline. Early application is encouraged.
